Collection Launch Questions
Q - When or how often will new collections be launched?
A - New collections will be launched on an inspirational and or seasonal basis.
Q - What inspired you to call the first collection "Phenomenal Woman?
A - I was scouting for some bold statement pieces that defined my personal style. As I collected the pieces, I came across an earring that said, "Phenomenal Woman." I knew there and then that that was going to be the feature earring and title for my feature collection because it embodied the statements of all the pieces gathered.
Shipping Questions
Q - Where do you ship to?
A - We ship to almost every country in the world.
Q - What is the cost of shipping?
A - To find out your shipping cost, simply add items to your cart and select your
country and shipping medium.
Q - What shipping methods do you use?
A - We use the following shipping provider; CANADA POST
Q - How long does shipping take?
A - The length of time shipping will take depends on the type of shipping method
that you choose at checkout. Please note the examples given below;
Canada Post Small Packet International Air - 6 - 10 business days.
Canada Post Xpresspost International - 4 - 7 business days
Q - Do I have to pay customs fee?
A - Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods, you
may be charged additional customs fees or import taxes upon clearing your
package. Please find out and take note.
Q - Will I be able to track my order?
A - An email from Canada Post will be sent to your inbox once your
order has shipped. If you chose to have tracking on your order, a tracking link
will be attached. Allow 24 hours for the link to activate & update.
Q - How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A - Your order will be shipped within 2 - 5 business days.
Returns/Refunds Questions
Q - What is your return policy?
A - E.V.E: The Earring Shop strives to have happy/satisfied customers. At the
moment, all sales are final, however, if we have made a mistake on your
order, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation as
soon as possible. In this case, all returns/exchanges must be made within
14 business days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are
non-refundable. Items must also be in new, unworn condition and in it's original
package.
